Design
Philosophy

Simplicity

I approach work with a strong philosophy of simplicity. Simple designs tend to be more aesthetically pleasing. Simplicity is more accessible. It helps us get things done faster, more easily, and more efficiently. Simplicity leads to less need for instruction and support. For me, it’s important to help people achieve their goals in the shortest time possible.

Empathy

I have a strong sense of empathy for the people I am designing for, as well as the team I work with such as developers, stakeholders, marketers e.tc Ability to feel the pain points other people are experiencing helps me to create a solution that is useful, valuable and exciting to use.

Designers are not users

I hate relying on assumptions about what the users wants or needs without research or test. I strive toward dissecting the problem and finding a suitable solution that fits both the users and as well as the business. I use suitable research methods and testing tools to create a better experience for the people I am designing for.

Scalability

All products are expected to grow and evolve over time. I ensure that there is a design system put to enable the entire interface to be flexible and adjust to new features demanded by customers, product team, e.t.c in the future.
